Treatments

What we do

General dentistry for the whole family, plus the cosmetic work people usually travel for.

Check-ups & cleaning

Routine examination, scale and polish. We tell you what we find and what it costs before anything starts.

Same-day emergencies

Toothache, swelling, a broken tooth or a lost filling. Message us in the morning and we will find you a slot.

Fillings & extractions

White composite fillings matched to your tooth, and straightforward extractions with proper aftercare.

Whitening & cosmetic

In-chair whitening and veneers, explained honestly — including when we think you do not need them.

Children’s dentistry

Gentle first visits, fluoride treatment and sealants. We take the time to make it boring rather than frightening.

Dentures & bridges

Fitted, adjusted and reviewed until they are comfortable. Follow-up appointments are included.
I put off going for two years because I was scared of the bill. They wrote everything down first and it came to exactly what they said.

Questions

Things people ask us

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome but you may wait. Messaging us first almost always means you are seen faster, and for emergencies we will try to fit you in the same day.

How do I pay?

Cash, mobile money (MTN and Airtel) or card at the practice. Payment is due on the day of treatment. For larger work such as dentures or root canals we can split it across visits.

Do you take medical aid?

We accept the main Zambian medical aid schemes. Send us a message with your scheme name before your visit and we will confirm what is covered so there are no surprises.

Will the price change after the examination?

The listed prices are what we charge for those treatments. If the examination shows you need something different, we tell you the new cost in writing and wait for you to agree before continuing.

I am nervous about the dentist. Can you help?

Yes, and you are in good company. Tell us when you book and we will allow extra time, explain each step before it happens, and stop whenever you ask.

Do you see children?

We do, from about three years old. First visits are usually just a ride in the chair, a count of the teeth and a sticker.

Still deciding?

Send us a message describing the problem. We’ll tell you honestly whether you need to come in.
